Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Here are answers to some of the most asked questions on our site.

Do you ship International?

Currently we do not ship outside the U.S.

This is a recent change for us due to large tariff fluctuations and customs issues from it.

In the future, this may change. We do have a link to SHIPITO posted, which is a site that handles US shipping to many countries for you if you have an account. You simply make an account with them and the art / item is shipped to them on your behalf. At that point, you work out the tariffs and shipping cost to you with SHIPITO.

I'm looking to sell my animation art. Do you purchase art?

We do occasionally buy art. If looking to sell, please send us a description and price you are looking to sell it for, if interested, we will reach back to you. If you are simply inquiring what we would pay for your art, there is a high chance we will not respond.

I'm looking for one I saw sold on your site. Can you get another?

We deal in a secondary market. There are frequently chances we relist an item we sold out of. On the product page that you would like to find, click the "Notify when Available" tab and submit your email info. You will be alerted when it returns to stock. The pricing will depend upon our cost at the time.

How fast does my order ship after I pay for it?

Generally your order will ship the next business day.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes! We accept all major credit cards.

Do you offer pick-up?

Pick-Ups can be arranged for framed art only and after payment. This is for the San Diego area. If purchasing and you would like to pick it up, please alert us before purchase and we can send you and invoice without shipping charges. We can arrange a time after wards for a drop off or pick up.

How much is my animation art worth? Can you appraise the value for me?

We do not have or offer an appraisal service for Animation art. We don't have anyone we can refer you to for this service.

Is Animation America anywhere else besides here?

Yes. We can be found on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Pintrest, Etsy and Ebay.

Will you keep my information private?

Yes. Your personal information is safe with us. We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any information about our customers to any outside company, organization or individual.

We will, at times, e-mail information to our clients about special offers or newly arrived artwork which may be of interest to you. These messages will be infrequent, and we hope you will enjoy receiving them.
