This is a RARE employee only Limited Edition cel featuring Fred and Barney along with stone-age caricatures of Joe Barbera and Bill Hanna standing in front of the old Hanna-Barbera building on Cahuenga Boulevard in West Hollywood.
Hanna-Barbera produced theatrical and televised feature-length films and direct-to-video content from 1964 to 2001, along with specials, short films, commercials and title sequences. Founded in 1957 by Tom and Jerry creators and former MGM animation directors William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the company was a prominent presence in television animation for over three decades with a wide variety of cartoon series, including The Huckleberry Hound Show, The Flintstones, The Yogi Bear Show, The Jetsons, Wacky Races, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and The Smurfs.
This extraordinary Limited Edition was NEVER made available to the public presenting a unique opportunity to acquire one of these rare pieces. The cel is hand-inked and hand-painted on 19.5" x 14.5" acetate and placed over the background print. The Cel is framed in the originally released frame/ 24" x 29". The cel is signed by Bill and Joe, numbered 8/400 with an H-B seal in the lower right.
