A wonderful centerpiece for any Hanna Barbera collector or enthusiast.
This limited edition cel began with a mater inking by Butch Hartman. This line art along with the Hanna Barbera seal, was then printed onto an Exlar sheet (or cel) through a high quality silk-screening process.
Each piece was then enhanced by hand-inking before being painter on the reverse side. 
Each "Hong Kong Phooey" is individually numbered in an edition size of only 25 Hors d Commerce pieces, and features the signatures of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera and Butch Hartman.
Newly and professionally framed and matted by Michaels.
