Framed size is larger. The frame does have a few small nicks from time as it's 20 years old. The artwork has no plexi/glass on the front (intentional). You will have to decide for yourself if that something you want for yourself.
This is an original art piece of Taz riding a motorcycle. Master collage artist MARJORIE PESEK was commissioned by Warner Bros Studio Stores to design a series of lithographs for the collectable Gallery division.
This is the original used to create a framed 250 limited edition size to sell in galleries at $275.00 each. Each litho was numbered and signed.
Purchaser will receive a copy of the Warner Bros Gallery Release sheet shown here without copyright marks. It also will have the sku number that has been blanked out on this image.
This original does not come signed. That's how WBBS wanted it in order to create signature free prints.
The "On the road with Taz" was one of the more desired editions as the Taz fan base is large and it had a cross-customer likability with motorcycle enthusiasts.
For over 28 years, Marjorie has perfected her layered imagery art technique having created more than 800 custom pieces. She has brought life to a breadth of portrait subjects including the old masters, family portraits, celebrities, sports figures, musicians, yachts, dogs and horses. Warner Brothers commissioned Marjorie to create original collectible portraits of their characters (such as Bugs Bunny, Taz and the Road Runner) from 1997-1999, during which time Marjorie was the top selling artist In the Warner Brothers Studio Stores. She has also done commissioned art for Disney. Marjorie’s original artworks are held by many private collectors and galleries in the USA and Europe.
