Powerpuff Girls (Cartoon Network, 2000)
The three super-cuties are zooming into action on this cel signed by show creator Craig McCracken. Created by printing the linework on an acetate cel and then hand painting the colors on the reverse side. The cel is set atop a high-quality silkscreen background for presentation purposes. Numbered in the lower left, and there is a Cartoon Network authentication sticker on the lower right.  Framed and matted and in excellent condition.
