An original multi-cel production set-up with lithograph background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated television series "13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo" (1985.) 
Featuring Shaggy and Scooby Doo, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon.  Production notes can be found on the bottom of the cel.
