Featuring Scooby Doo. The hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Cel measuring 12"x 10.5", the piece is in good condition. Production notes can be found on the bottom of the cel. Cel is registered to a hand-painted MASTER background.
