Set in a western saloon, this engaging 12 field limited edition cel from famed Warner Bros. director Chuck Jones captures Bugs Bunny in the attire of a "dude," pulling a poker-face and winning a pile of chips from his nemesis, Nasty Canasta. You can almost hear the barrellhouse piano and the clinking of sasaparilla glasses as you take in this hysterical historical scene. Inspired by the 1956 Looney Tunes cartoon, this cel was created from an original hand-inked drawing by Chuck Jones. The master line image was serigraph screen printed onto a clear acetate sheet (or "cel") and expertly hand-painted on the reverse side. The background design and production were supervised and approved by the artist, and was lithographically reproduced. In the final step of production, Mr. Jones individually approved each cel with his signature.
